Customer acceptance of the terms of use of the website
The following terms and conditions govern the use of our website, e-commerce and customer service communications with our team.

If you do not wish to adhere to these terms, or if you do not wish your personal information to be treated in accordance with our privacy policy, then it is your responsibility not to use our services.
Boutique Tozzi reserves the right to modify any of its terms of use at any time, where permitted by law. This includes changes to the terms of any policies, guidelines, rules or additional legal terms on this site. Please check this site regularly to keep yourself informed of any updates or changes. Your continued use of our website following the posting of any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If a modification of the conditions does not suit you, it is your responsibility not to use our services.
Privacy Policy
  • Tozzi's online store requires a registration procedure in order to complete all sales. This allows you to track order shipments, see the status of your order.
  • This privacy policy applies to www.boutiquetozzi.com and to: Boutique Tozzi 2115 rue Crescent, Montreal, Quebec, H3G 2C1. The terms "we", "us", "our", "website" refer exclusively to Tozzi. The information you provide to us will be strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any other organization without the consent of the client, except as required by law. We may use your contact information to notify you of new arrivals, upcoming events or promotions. If you do not wish to be contacted, you can remove yourself from our list. Terms and Conditions: Trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of boutiquetozzi.com. The logos, designs, advertisements, photographs are the property of boutiquetozzi.com and may under no circumstances be represented by any party other than boutiquetozzi.com. Boutiquetozzi.com is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of this site.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Boutique Tozzi does not offer any refunds after purchase.
It is possible to return an item purchased online within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
  • You have contacted our customer service to have the return approved (info@boutiquetozzi.com)
  • Returned merchandise must not have been used
  • Returned merchandise must be in its original condition
  • Returned merchandise must have the original tags.
  • The order number must appear on the return packet, or inside
All returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure that the return conditions are met.
Any return will give rise either to an exchange or to a credit note with no expiry date. No refund is offered following a return.
Boutique Tozzi does not offer return shipping costs.
All returns from the United States must be sent via USPS or UPS within 14 days of purchase, otherwise they will be refused by Boutique Tozzi.
Price adjustment policy
If the purchased item is found cheaper on another site, we will match the price only if these conditions are met:
  • The return conditions previously stated are respected
  • If it is the same size, color and style.
  • The item is in the same currency.
  • The customer provides the site address, telephone number or store address.
  • The site provided is legitimate and safe
  • If the compared merchandise is not subject to an exceptional discount
If a price adjustment is requested after purchase:
The price difference will be provided as a credit note and only within 7 days of purchase. During discount periods, the same policy applies.
Delivery Information
Boutique Tozzi no longer offers free shipping in Canada and the United States since 2023. For all destinations, shipping costs apply and will be calculated when confirming your basket.
Canada Post ships all of our products. All shipments come with an individual tracking number.
Delivery to Canada and the United States usually takes 4-8 business days. However Boutique Tozzi is not responsible for additional delays due to Covid-19 or any other imponderable.
Order basket
  • As long as you haven't given confirmation, you can still make changes to your shopping cart.
Payment
  • For online orders, we accept payment by credit card or via Paypal.
Taxes and customs fees
  • The taxes applied to your order may vary depending on the location from which you place your order.
  • Tozzi is not responsible for any duty or customs charges, nor for any delay in receiving goods.
Shipping and handling
  • All merchandise purchased online comes from our physical Boutique in Montreal on Crescent Street, the merchandise does not come from a warehouse. The merchandise you receive may have been tried on in store.
  • All goods are inspected very carefully to ensure that there are no irregularities, faults or damage due to fitting.
Warranties
  • Boutique Tozzi offers no warranty on all of its products.
  • Some of our more prestigious watches come with their respective warranty in their case, the latter is issued by the brand itself, Boutique Tozzi is not responsible for it. Our product descriptions mention the existence of a paper guarantee when this applies.
  • In the event of a warranty claim: please contact the company directly, Boutique Tozzi is not the author of the warranty and therefore cannot act on it.
  • In the event of a defect after using a product: keep your receipt and contact the company in question directly. Some companies offer alternatives.
  • In the event of a defect without using the product and within 7 days of purchase: please contact us at info@boutiquetozzi.com in order to remedy the situation. You may be asked for more information to confirm that the product has not been used.

Why was my order cancelled?
All items that are seen online are subject to change due to limited quantities and frequent inventory changes. An item present in our online inventory may no longer be available in our physical inventory. The site is constantly updated, so this problem occurs very rarely.
If an item in your order is not available, we will refund that item and ship the other items in your order.
It is not possible to cancel an order when it is already being shipped.
Any cancellation will result in a refund, please note that funds can take up to 5 business days to return to your accounts, Boutique Tozzi is not responsible for any bank delays after confirmation of refund.
For any cancellation, the Tozzi Shop offers a follow-up service to inform you of the reasons for the cancellation and to offer you other alternatives. By creating a file on our site, you accept that one of our stylists will contact you for the purpose of a follow-up.
