- Tozzi's online store requires a registration process in order to complete all sales. This allows you to track order shipments, to see the status of your order.

- As long as you have not given a confirmation, you can still make changes to your cart.

- Boutique Tozzi uses Paypal for all credit card transactions.
Consumer protection
- If the purchased item is found cheaper on another site, we will only match the price if these conditions are met:
- If it is the same size, color and style.
- The article is in the same currency.
- The customer provides the site address, phone number or store address.
Responsibilities of the client
- You can only cancel your order if the goods have not been shipped. Once the order has left, there is no possibility of cancellation or modification. You will receive an order confirmation as soon as the goods are on the way with a tracking number.
Taxes
- A tax of 13.92% will be applied to all transactions.
Customs fees and taxes
- Tozzi is not responsible for any customs duties or charges, nor for any delay in receiving goods.

- All goods are inspected very carefully to make sure there are no irregularities.
Exchange policy
- Tozzi will not reimburse in any case. Exchanges or credit notes are only allowed within 7 days of receipt of your goods. All exchanged goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure that the items are still in their original condition. There is no exchange or credit note on the following items: perfumes, swimwear, underwear, hats, sunglasses, jewelry and watches.
Watches
- All watches come with their respective manufacturing guarantees. If a watch requires any maintenance or repair, we are not responsible for it. If this problem occurs, you should contact the watch company whose contact details are listed on the warranty.
United States Purchases
- All goods from the United States must be sent by USPS or UPS All other modes of transport will be refused.
