  • Steel does not exist in native form but is a metal alloy made primarily from iron. All stainless steel products are polished by hand, which is a lengthy process performed only by the most skilled craftsmen. 18/8 (13% chrome, 10% nickel, 72% steel). Georg Jensen's interior design, crockery and stainless steel cutlery are all made with this quality.
  • The products are not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning knives, bowls and serving pieces immediately after use. In particular, foods with a high acid content should be eliminated as they can damage and stain the surface. Acidic foods include citrus fruits, mustard, ketchup, oil and vinegar dressings, spinach, rhubarb, etc. Clean the products with lukewarm water and a mild liquid soap. To protect the mirror surface, use only soft bristle brushes or a soft cloth for cleaning
